IT Server Administrator - Red Hat & Windows

Your Mission

You'll be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Linux (Red Hat) and Windows servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. You'll act as a point of reference for infrastructure-related matters and provide technical expertise to different teams within the company.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and monitor Linux and Windows servers and services.
• Manage performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure system stability.
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with internal IT policies.
• Support software and hardware upgrades across the infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical solutions.
• Document infrastructure processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years of experience as a Linux system administrator.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Engineer, Microsoft Certifications) are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
