IT Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Ref: YC46631)

An IT company is currently recruiting an IT Senior Infrastructure Engineer to work in their Amsterdam office.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for business development, managing infrastructure projects, participating in delivery, analysing and improving delivery processes, and supporting security operations.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience working as an infrastructure engineer.

WORK TYPE: office-based at client side depends on the projects

VISA SUPPORT: Yes

TYPE: Fixed-term, initially 1 year contract (There is potential for contract extension or a permanent contract)

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30 (30 mins for lunch )

SALARY: €74k, including bonus

START: TBD

LOCATION: Amsterdam, Netherlands

IT Senior Infrastructure Engineer Main Responsibilities:

• Technical support in infrastructure and network
• Project management for infrastructure projects
• Leading project delivery
• Analysing and improving delivery processes
• Provision of the delivery manual procedure
• Support for security projects

IT Senior Infrastructure Engineer Ideal Candidate:

Essential:

• Over 5 years of experience working as an System Engineer (infrastructure or network)
• Leader or team lead experience
• Business level English proficiency
• Retaining CCNA qualifications

Preferred:

• Over 1 year of security work experience
• Experience in IT work in Europe
• Cloud experience and qualification holders (AWS, Azure experience)
• Linux experience, LPIC qualification holder
