IT Project Manager

As our IT Project Manager, you will ensure we successfully deliver our projects and missions, for our large clients in Switzerland, and your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, managing resources, budgets, risks and key milestones while ensuring coordination across internal and external teams,
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, manage client relationships, and participate in steering committees to align project goals and expectations,
• Lead regular project meetings with clients, teams, and partners to monitor progress, track KPIs, and ensure project timelines are met,
• Prepare and present regular status reports to our customers as well as internally,
• Collaborate with the project technical leader to inspire the team, provide feedback, updates and foster a positive, creative work environment.

Your Profile

• Successful international working experience
• Experience working for IT consulting firms, in a Microsoft Stack environment,
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, SaaS solutions, )
• A Bilingual level in English and Portuguese (French Nice to Have)
• Have experience with test management coordination
• Have experience with Azure DevOps (Azure boards, backlog management)

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certifications (or have undergone formal training).
• Agile certifications (SCRUM, SAFe, PMI-ACP,)
