IT Project Manager needed to join a global FTSE 250 company based in our London office.

3 days in the office / 2 days working from home.

This role requires hands-on Project Management experience within standard project frameworks. You will be the main point of contact for assigned deliverables, changes, and projects covering all aspects of the IT Lifecycle.

Experience with Acquisition projects and office moves is also highly beneficial.

This role may require work outside of standard office hours and travel within the UK and to other offices as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring all key projects and changes are transitioned to global support teams.
2. Planning, organizing, and directing tasks related to ongoing projects.
3. Managing project risks and decisions.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and project teams to create accurate plans with timelines.
5. Acting as a point of escalation for project requests and technology solutions.
6. Providing regular status reports to the business.
7. Creating and managing project documentation.
8. Communicating with stakeholders regarding scheduling, staffing, and technical requirements.
9. Assisting the PMO team to improve processes and visibility of the project portfolio.
10. Creating and managing project plans with the project team.
11. Defining project schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
12. Aligning project objectives with company goals and ensuring clarity on requirements.
13. Delivering and installing technology solutions.
14. Supporting the project team with design and development tasks.
15. Leading issue identification and resolution.
16. Managing risk tracking processes.
17. Monitoring and managing project scope.
18. Managing project documentation.
19. Handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Skills & Experience:

• At least 2 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with KanBan, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
• ITIL or ITSM experience preferred (ITIL Foundation desirable).
• Understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and PRINCE2 methodologies.
• PRINCE2 Foundation certification required.
• Agile CSM certification desirable.
