At EBRO, we're accelerating the digital transformation of our operations and industrial systems. We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology projects that drive innovation, efficiency, and integration across the factory.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects: from requirements gathering and planning to implementation and rollout.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Engineering, Logistics) and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee systems integration projects (ERP, MES, WMS, etc.) across multiple departments.
• Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and internal IT standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote agile practices within the IT team.

What You Bring

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.
• +5 years of experience managing IT or digitalization projects, preferably in industrial or automotive environments.
• Solid knowledge of ERP, MES, WMS, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party providers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
