Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Unplanned Change IT Infrastructure Project Delivery Team in delivering critical technology projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to start a career in Project Management within IT Infrastructure. You'll be responsible for managing the Unplanned Change Project pipeline, compiling Project Status Reports for management and managing smaller Infrastructure Projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Unplanned Change Project request pipeline, ensuring that new Project requests are logged and managed in and Project requestors are kept up to on the status of their request Compile Project Status Report packs for Senior Management, ensuring status reports adhere to the Infrastructure Project Delivery Team standards Assist in coordinating smaller IT infrastructure projects such as server upgrades, network installations, cloud migrations, and hardware deployments. Track project activities, milestones, and deadlines using Support scheduling of project meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items. Communicate with internal IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables. Monitor and report on project progress and escalate issues or delays to the Project Manager as needed. Assist with basic procurement tasks such as ordering equipment or tracking shipments. Help ensure compliance with IT policies and project standards. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work to deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and grow within the IT Infrastructure Project management space.
