About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced IT Portfolio Lead to join our client's dynamic IT Operations team. This is a strategic Back Office role - not direct project management - but one that demands deep project/program management experience and a strong business mindset.

As an IT Portfolio Lead, you will contribute directly to the execution of the company's IT strategy, helping ensure that operations and projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and aligned with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Track performance and progress of local initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

• Support IT Operations in budgeting, forecasting, and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) tracking

• Assist in setting up portfolio governance processes and standards across operational pillars

• Provide visibility into risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies at the portfolio level

• Promote and facilitate the use of portfolio tools such as ePPM and PIN across plants

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to guide demand frameworks and initiative prioritisation

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years' experience in IT Project/Program Management

• Strong background in financial oversight, budgeting, and cost optimisation

• Experience in multi-regional, cross-functional environments within corporate structures

• Proven skills in stakeholder management and executive communication

• High proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, advanced formulas)

• Project management certifications (eg PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum Master)

• Portfolio certification is a strong plus

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient under pressure

• Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
