IT Operations Manager - Hybrid Working - £225p/d

An organisation based in Central London are looking for an IT Operations Manager to join the team.

This is a temporary role with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Please note the suitable candidate will need to be available for an immediate start. You may currently be working as an IT Operations Manager, IT Administrator or a similar role.

As the IT Operations Manager, you will be the face of IT, you will be liaising with and managing third party providers that offer technical support. You will ensure the provision of IT is effective and accessible for all employees.

Your key responsibilities as IT Operations Manager will include policy and programme management, providing user training for online platforms, procurement of any additional IT resources, setting up new starters (provisioning laptops) and troubleshooting any IT issues and escalating to the relevant external IT support providers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and with configuring and deploying laptops via Microsoft Intune/Autopilot. You will have proven experience acting as a network administrator, managing Entra ID, Azure files, Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft licencing, you will also have strong experience acting as an administrator for SharePoint.

Please note this organisation offers hybrid working. The salary on offer is £225 per day.
