IT Manager

Your new organisation is a holding group with a diverse portfolio of businesses. In this position, you will support these businesses as they transition from an MSP to an in-house IT model.

Your role will involve providing day-to-day IT support for users across the various businesses, including vendor management as needed. You will collaborate with the Group Head of IT to establish effective IT services, including implementing a ticketing system, setting up processes and KPIs, and automating manual tasks. Most importantly, you will serve as the friendly face of IT, responding to tickets promptly and visiting different locations across London to foster confidence in the in-house IT team.

To succeed, you should have demonstrable experience providing high-level on-site support across multiple industries, gained through roles in holding groups, multi-entity businesses, or varied industry exposure. You should also have strong experience in establishing effective IT processes, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and be approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable.
