Compensation

• $70,000 - $80,000

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide hybrid support across help desk and field environments
• Travel to job sites to install, deploy, and support IT systems
• Troubleshoot network, system, and hardware issues onsite
• Support infrastructure projects including Cisco/Meraki environments
• Maintain inventory, documentation, and service records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
• Ensure safe and compliant work practices in active job sites
• Travel to/from sites Monday/Fridaywhile working Tuesday - Thursday

What You'll Need to be Considered

• 2-3+ years of relevant IT Field Technician experience
• Comfortable with consistent (weekly) regional travel and driving rental vehicles
• Experience in both help desk and field-based IT environments
• Background supporting MSP-style or multi-site environments
• Exposure to network infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki, virtualization)
• Familiarity with safety-conscious environments (OSHA exposure preferred)
• Experience or interest in drone technology
