It Engineer

Job Title: IT Engineer

We are recruiting for an IT Engineer, preferably SC Cleared or SC Clearable, on a contract basis for a leading Government organisation. Locations include Glasgow and Argyll and Bute.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have SC Clearance or be willing to undergo the clearance process.
• Must possess a UK passport and be a British citizen.

Responsibilities:

1. Migration Set-up
2. Set-up Refresh Clinic
3. Move the required quantity of devices, as instructed by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager, from the onsite storage location to the Refresh Clinic.
4. Login to systems as required, using devices provided by the Contractor's Engineer and Site Manager, following their instructions.
5. Refresh laptops.
6. Accurately update the Contractor's workflow management system at all relevant steps.
7. Seek guidance from the Post Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager as needed.
