You'll join our Digital Services Customer Service team, supporting clients using Dynamics 365 Business Central and helping them get the best value from their ERP and financial systems.

The role and what you'll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive D365 Business Central Support Consultant to provide high-quality support to clients, resolving issues, sharing guidance and working closely with internal practice teams to deliver an excellent support experience.

You will:

• Providing functional support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Business Central customers.
• Managing customer issues through to resolution while delivering an excellent support experience.
• Working closely with Level 2 and Level 3 teams to resolve complex issues.
• Building trusted relationships with customers and leading support discussions.
• Supporting customer onboarding and contributing to our Knowledge Base.
• Working within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Business, Accounting, MIS or equivalent.
• Experience supporting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP solution.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, accounting and financial reporting systems.
• Financial systems experience, either as a consultant or end user.
• Background supporting business applications in a customer-facing environment.
