Job Title: IT Director
Salary: up to £80,000 plus car
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands (Hybrid)

About the Company:

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to join the team and drive the continuous development of our portfolio of in-house built software products, ensuring alignment with the business's operational functions.

• Software Management: Take ownership of the portfolio of internally developed software, applications and systems, ensuring they are developed in line with the organisation's future goals.
• Leadership: Provide leadership over the technology and operations function, fostering cross-team alignment and collaboration.
• Operations Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our self-developed applications.
• Automation and Efficiency: Drive the automation of work streams where possible across the business to enhance efficiency and scalability.
