Your responsibilities include investigating software issues, identifying solutions, and prioritizing tasks based on client needs, future development plans, and resources.

Role Responsibilities

The role involves:

• Investigating application issues within defined timelines based on priority
• Identifying resolutions while maintaining software integrity
• Creating technical support documentation
• Supporting and guiding users and colleagues
• Collaborating with Design, Test, and Development teams on future functionality
• Developing interfaces to support the core product
• Providing resource time estimates
• Monitoring personal project performance and taking corrective actions as needed
