Salary:

A large international company is seeking an experienced Business Applications Director to lead and deliver a portfolio of IT Systems and Business Applications improvement projects.

This rapidly growing global business requires a leader to oversee the Business Systems Landscape and develop scalable solutions.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio aimed at rationalising systems and processes across international entities, promoting a best-of-breed Enterprise applications approach. You will lead and expand the Business Systems department, creating scalable solutions to support ongoing business growth. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, you will shape and execute the IT strategy for Financial Systems and Enterprise applications.

Ideal candidate:

• 10+ years' experience in Business Systems or IT Finance Applications, including senior management roles
• Strong understanding of business processes and commercial aspects to align IT strategy with business growth and oversee delivery at all organizational levels
• Experience in fast-growth scale-up organizations, preferably in the Technology sector
• Proven Change Management and Stakeholder engagement skills, with a hands-on approach to gain team and end-user support
• ERP expertise and Business Transformation experience, including Greenfield ERP implementations, Finance digitalization, ERP upgrades, or international Finance System rollouts, with familiarity in SAP, Oracle (Fusion, EBS, Netsuite), or similar systems
• Experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing industries

This senior leadership role is suitable for a Business Systems Transformation Director, IT Director, or CIO with strong leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills, capable of overseeing multiple Business Applications Transformation programs.
