Deccan Enterprise Ltd is currently recruiting for an IT Business Analyst with theability to capture, define and configure business requirements, creating solutionsand documenting as required. Ideally a BA with experience of Agile/Scrum methodologies.You will be working alongside a number of different teams within the business suchas project managers and software developers. This is an exciting opportunity towork on some high profile projects with some high profile clients and there willbe varying projects for you to be deployed onto.
Essential duties and Responsibilities- Requirement gathering and conduct analysis
- Documentation of business process / workflow analysis
Ideally we are looking for business analysts with a background in IT/software. Mustbe able to prioritise and manage own workload, have high analytical skills and bea good communicator.
Key Skills- Experience of working with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
- Design and maintain technical documentation.
- Exposure of managing budgets / Full Business change lifecycle
- Agile software delivery techniques
- Expert knowledge of business analysis tools, methodology and best practice.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Graduate/Master's degree in Computer Science or similar or equivalent relevant workexperience.
The successful Business Analyst will need to be able to demonstrate full projectlifecycle experience, the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technicalpeople, the initiative to ask questions and the capacity to advise / consult.
