IT Architecture and Engineering Lead

# IT Architecture and Engineering Lead Location: Westdown Camp, Wiltshire Reporting to: Head of Information and Technology Team: 9 FTE Work with senior stakeholders to shape end to end architecture. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to align requirements. Manage vendor relationships. Support impact assessments across technical, business and financial areas. Experience in asset/work management environments (e.g., FM, utilities). Broad architecture experience across business, application, data and infrastructure. Practical understanding of EA methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman). Experience defining modern architectures across multiple channels and systems. Strong structured problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Experience leading teams of 6-10 technical staff. Proven experience delivering within development and testing processes. Project delivery experience (small to medium). Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, SQL Server, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps. Experience with system integration and SOA. TOGAF certification. Experience in cloud first environments. Knowledge of ITIL and service management tooling. Experience with ESRI ArcGIS. Microsoft Certified Developer. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence and drive architectural direction. Pragmatic, balanced approach to quality and pace.
