The Profile We're Looking For: "First Who"

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JAVA, C#, .NET, Angular, etc.).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze complex requirements and define advanced technical/functional solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and relevant non-technical parties.
• Cross-functional Experience: Strong commercial awareness and experience working with specialized teams such as Security, Finance, and Internal Audit.
• Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts.
• Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory (English is a strong plus).

Your Responsibilities: "Then What"

Working within the context of a leading International Banking Group (the second-largest in France, serving over 36 million customers), you will:

• Project Leadership: Lead development opportunities and projects in close collaboration with business users and the IT department.
• Solution Design: Analyze, design, and implement robust technological solutions.
• Architecture & Security: Design and develop modules covering key aspects of architecture, migration, and security.
• Quality Assurance: Help maintain the quality and organization of the platform's code and data.
