Job description - the role

On behalf of PwC, we are looking for an IT Application Lead (Global Pricing Systems) for a 8 Months contract based in London (Hybrid - 3 times per week in the office).

Join us as a IT Application Lead (Global Pricing Systems).

As IT Application Lead (Global Pricing Systems) you will act as the primary IT partner for Global Pricing and Value functions, overseeing the Global Pricing Systems landscape and related technology solutions. You will operate as a senior, business-facing IT lead, ensuring operational excellence of live systems while driving continuous improvement, innovation, and alignment between business priorities and the IT roadmap.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for Global Pricing and Value business functions, translating business priorities into technology roadmaps and solution proposals
• Oversee the Global Pricing Systems landscape, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous enhancement of live applications
• Lead stakeholder engagement across senior business and IT leadership, facilitating decision-making and aligning initiatives with strategic objectives
• Manage and govern managed service providers and external vendors, ensuring service quality and accountability
• Champion new technology initiatives including system enhancements, data enablement, AI-driven capabilities, and collaboration tools
• Support initiatives end-to-end, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, deployment, and transition into operational support

The skills you'll need:

• Extended experience in IT, including application life cycle management, requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with Global Price Management systems (eg, Eversana PriceRight, Model N or similar enterprise pricing platforms)
• Knowledge of global pricing processes and healthcare/pharmaceutical pricing regulations.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application support or technology portfolios in complex, global environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business and IT leaders.
• Experience managing managed service providers and third-party vendors within structured governance frameworks.
