• Monday to Friday: 6am-9pm
• Saturday: 8am-6pm
• Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10am-6pm
• Weekends: One in three

• Identify vulnerable customers and adapt approach, providing additional support when required.
• Handle escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity, logging accurately.

• Fluent Irish (Gaeilge) speaker
• Strong English communication skills
• Friendly, patient, and helpful attitude
• Previous experience within a similar role, ideally with social media platforms
• Proficient in using various computer applications and software simultaneously
• Attentive listener who can empathise and adjust to different customer needs
• Self motivated individual who takes responsibility for customer issues and follows them through to resolution
