Ireland Employee Relations Specialist - Compliance & Investigations

McKesson is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support Ireland-based employees from Cork. The role focuses on employee relations, investigations of moderate complexity, and ensuring compliant employment practices in line with Irish law.

You will partner with HR, Legal, and Compliance, handling disciplinary, grievance, and workplace conduct matters while advising People Leaders on policy application and documentation. Travel up to 15-20% may be required.
