Ireland Contracting & Pricing Specialist

Job Overview

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Ireland Contracting & Pricing Specialist, located at Airton Rd, Dublin, Ireland. The role is a professional, individual contributor position in Sales Enablement under the Contract Administration and Management sub function.

Responsibilities

• Execute contract administration processes using contract management systems and analytical research.
• Review data in the contract management system to enhance customer and contract management efficiency.
• Administer and lead contract management processes, identify improvements and optimizations.
• Implement pre sale and post signature contract support, including due diligence fulfillment, modification processing, close out tasks, and communication with contracted parties.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure compliance and fulfillment of contracted terms in coordination with business units, project teams, and cross functional personnel.
• Conduct research and analytics to support offer development, leveraging product knowledge, business acumen, trends, and insights.
• Coach junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Apply Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions with the team.

Additional Information

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate the Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone company, DePuy Synthes. The separation is expected to complete within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal and regulatory approvals. If accepted, the employee will transition to DePuy Synthes and will be governed by its employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.
