Job Description
Get Set UK is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support people across Southend to find and sustain meaningful, competitive paid employment. You will work with NHS clinical teams, manage a caseload, and help participants set goals and secure suitable roles.
This mobile role requires daily travel across Essex, not home-based. Full training in Individual Placement and Support will be provided; you will build relationships with employers, attend multidisciplinary meetings, and support
