IPS Employment Specialist: Help People Build Careers

Triage is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals with health conditions and barriers to employment. You will manage a caseload of up to 25 participants and work with local employers to secure sustainable roles.

The role centers on IPS principles and aims to promote social inclusion and reduce stigma in the workplace. Based in communities we support, you will flexibly manage time to maximise face-to-face contact.
