IPS Employment Specialist - Help People Thrive

Palladium's Connect to Work in Berkshire is hiring an Employment Specialist on a permanent basis. You will support people with health conditions, disabilities and complex barriers to employment to gain and sustain meaningful paid work, using the IPS model.

Based in communities around Berkshire, you will build relationships with local employers, manage a caseload, and provide in-work support to help participants progress and remain employed.
