We seek a highly motivated and entrepreneurial professional to lead our investor relations, marketing, and business development efforts. This key strategic position will work closely with the rest of the team to develop and maintain investor relationships, raise assets, and build our firm's brand identity in the marketplace.

We are in an exciting growth phase, seeking to establish and expand our investor base while building a world-class brand and institutional presence. This role offers a unique opportunity to be an early team member and help shape the firm's future.
Employment type: Full-time.
Location: Flexible/hybrid. The candidate could be based in Portugal or an international money center, preferably London, NY, or Miami.
Compensation:

Responsibilities & Duties
Investor Relations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Manage investor communications, including performance updates, presentations, newsletters, and quarterly reports.
• Respond to investor inquiries and due diligence requests promptly and professionally.
• Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and virtual events.
Marketing
• Develop and execute a marketing strategy tailored to the fund's positioning and target investor base.
• Maintain and further develop our marketing materials, including presentations, fact sheets, and DDQ.
• Oversee the firm's website and digital presence.
• Work with compliance/legal to ensure all materials meet regulatory requirements.
Business Development
• Proactively identify and pursue capital-raising opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective investors and investor meetings.
• Manage the firm's investor CRM.
• Attend and represent the fund at industry conferences, networking events, and investor forums.
• Track and analyze industry trends to inform strategy and outreach opportunities.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in sales, investor relations, capital raising, or capital introduction at an asset manager, financial institution, or other relevant experience.
• An established network of family offices, individual investors, allocators, and institutional investors is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to raise capital and build long-term relationships with investors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Working knowledge of equity hedge fund strategies and financial markets.
