Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate Intern to join our team. The role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time) and is ideal for a fluent Portuguese or Spanish speaker interested in investor communication and relationship management within a fast paced investment environment. The intern will work directly with senior leadership on content development, investor reporting, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and translate investor presentations, factsheets, and updates across English and Portuguese.
• Support the drafting and coordination of investor reports and meeting follow ups.
• Help maintain CRM systems and manage investor communication workflows.
• Assist in responding to investor due diligence requests and onboarding requirements.
• Conduct investor mapping and market research across Portuguese speaking markets.
• Support strategic investor communication and brand positioning across Open Oceans strategies.
• Join investor calls and meetings, providing notes and supporting materials where needed.

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in English and Portuguese / Spanish preferably (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and writing skills, with attention to detail.
• Interest in finance, asset management, or investor relations.
• Organised, self motivated, and comfortable working in a lean team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); CRM experience is a plus.
• Background in business, finance, communications, or a related field.
