Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with experienced colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead multiple transactions, taking full deal responsibility within a supportive structure.
• Analyze, manage, and exit investments, growing your impact investing expertise.
• Contribute to market research, strategy, and development of investment processes.

Skills and Background

• 2-9 years of relevant professional experience, with a foundation in:
• Corporate finance at a major financial institution (e.g., M&A),
• Leveraged finance at an investment bank, or private investments at a private equity or credit firm.
• Strong technical skills in financial analysis and modeling.
• Experience with private debt transactions.
• Interest or experience in emerging markets, especially Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia.
• A passion for making a long-term positive impact and applying impact analysis to investments.
• Aligned personal values and mission.
• A desire to work in a warm, collaborative culture with high ability and low ego.
