An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Investment Funds Associate to join a leading Asset Management & Investment Funds team.
You will join a team that sits as a leader in the Irish funds market, advising many of the world's leading asset managers on a broad range of sophisticated investment funds matters.
The work is international, varied and high profile, with the team regularly involved in complex cross-border transactions alongside colleagues across the firm's global network.
You will gain exposure to a wide range of clients and fund structures, while working directly with experienced Partners and senior lawyers.
The role will involve advising on structuring and establishing Irish investment funds, including providing ongoing advice to high-profile financial services providers.

The Person- 3-5 years' PQE with experience in investment funds and/or asset management.
- Strong experience advising on Irish investment funds and related regulatory matters.
- Excellent technical, analytical and drafting skills.
- Strong commercial and business awareness.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
- A calm and measured approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- An interest in developing client and industry relationships and building your profile within the funds market.
