Investment Funds Lawyer - International Firm - 6+ PQE

A leading international firm is seeking a Managing Associate to join its highly regarded Private Funds team in London. The practice is recognised as one of the UK's market-leading specialist teams, advising a broad range of clients across fund formation and fund investments. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners on high value, complex private funds matters, supporting leading fund managers, institutional investors and international clients across private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure and debt strategies. You will be involved in fund structuring, fund documentation, investor arrangements and wider strategic advisory work. The ideal candidate will be around 6+ PQE with strong private funds experience gained at a leading City or international firm. You will have a proven track record advising on fund formation matters, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and a commercial approach to developing client relationships.
