What the job involves

• The team are looking for an investment associate to work on investment due diligence and execution
• You will get the opportunity to work on a wide variety of transactions, from LP-led liquidity solutions, through to bespoke, complex GP-led investment solutions
• You will be involved in all aspects of the deal process, from screening to execution, as well as monitoring of the existing portfolio
• Work with the deal team to source, execute, and complete due diligence on transactions
• Support the investment team in organising and preparing for calls and meetings with private equity managers and intermediaries

Who we are looking for

• Experience in areas such as transaction services, investment banking, M&A or private equity
• 2:1 or above undergraduate degree from a leading university
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience conducting financial valuation analysis
• A second language or international work experience is not required but seen as an advantage
• A strong interest in private equity and investing
