Investment & IR Manager (Real Estate)

Your new company
A high growth property developer and investor, now with over 100 assets, are looking to expand their UK head office.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role takes ownership for the corporate finance function as Investment and Investor Relations Manager. You will lead a small corp finance team, working closely with operational business leaders and well-supported by the commercial finance team.

Duties:

• Ownership of group capital strategy
• Build and maintain financial model suite including development appraisals and cashflow forecasting
• Investor reporting
• Financial planning and analysis

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with a corporate finance background, ideally facing into the real estate sector. Experience working with operational and financing models for real estate deals will be important. You will also need the energy to work for a growing business and the communication skills to lead strategy meetings.
