Investigation Specialist, IN ReCommerce

Amazon Renewed is a WW program launched in India in January 2017, aiming to build a trusted, one-stop destination for customers to buy non-new products with the same trust and convenience as buying new products on A.in. It also helps sellers recover better realization for their returned products.

We are seeking an experienced candidate to help grow the Renewed business in India. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong bias for action, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and implement new concepts quickly.

Key job responsibilities

1. Identify and onboard business partners capable of repairing and enhancing the condition of customer-returned products to increase recovery for sellers and improve business on the Renewed marketplace.
2. Establish and maintain communication with repair partners, monitor inventory, and track quality metrics.
3. Develop and implement programs to improve yield and repair quality.
4. Gather and analyze feedback from sellers and vendors to identify concerns and implement solutions.
5. Lead strategic projects to enhance program capabilities, expand category selection, and improve seller recovery rates.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in Hindi
