Inventory Clerk & Property Inspector- North and North West London

A well established North London-based property management company are looking to recruit a reliable and organised Inventory Clerk & Property Inspector to join their growing team in a remote role.
This is a field-based role involving regular travel to residential properties across our portfolio. You will be responsible for carrying out property inventories, interim inspections, and general property visits, ensuring our managed properties are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed property inventories at the start and end of tenancies
- Carry out interim inspections during tenancies
- Visit properties as scheduled and manage your daily diary of appointments
- Take clear photographs and document property condition
- Prepare accurate and professional inspection and inventory reports
- Record meter readings and check utilities where required
- Ensure properties are in good condition and report any issues
- Undertake general property-related duties as required
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good written English and report-writing ability
- Confident using smartphones/tablets for photos and reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A proactive and professional approach when visiting properties
- Previous experience in property, lettings, or inspections
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
- Salary: From £24,000pa (depending on experience) + Commission
- Opportunity to gain experience within a growing property management company
- Varied, active role working across multiple locations
- Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:30pm
This remote role involves being on the road and attending multiple properties per day. Flexibility, reliability, and a hands on attitude are essential.
