Inventory & Dispatch Specialist - Warehouse Ops

Broughton Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join their logistics team in Chelmsford. This role supports material flow from intake to dispatch, ensuring production teams have the necessary resources.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse setting, a good level of physical fitness, and strong attention to detail. The position involves stock management, order preparation, and safe manual handling tasks, with a work schedule from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3:30pm on Friday.
