Job Description
Be at the centre of keeping and our branded stores stocked and ready for shoppers. In this fast-paced, collaborative role, you'll manage stock daily replenishment, track product availability, support promotions, and work closely with teams across Marketing, Trading, and Distribution to keep momentum strong. With a mix of data-driven analysis and cross-functional teamwork, you'll help deliver the best LEGO experience online and in-store.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
Please note this role is an FTC (Fixed Term Contract) role to start as soon as we find the right candidate!

Core Responsibilities
Keep select stores and stocked and ready by managing daily replenishment across both in-store and online channels.
Maximise product availability using data-driven insights on trends, seasonality, and promotions.
Support commercial momentum by collaborating with Trading, Marketing, and other teams.
Track product health - monitor back-orders, pre-orders, launches, and novelty items.
Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and manage warehouse capacity.
Turn data into action using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to identify opportunities and risks.
Drive efficiency by contributing to new planning tools and improving ways of working across the team.
Do you have what it takes
Tech proficient - skilled in Tableau, Power BI, and intermediate-level Excel; comfortable with Teams and order/delivery planning systems.
Cross-functional communicator - able to tailor messages to different audiences effectively.
Analytical and solution-focused - use data to identify insights and drive decisions.
Retail-savvy - strong understanding of logistics, delivery, shopper journey, and product availability.
Data storyteller - translate complex data into clear, accurate, actionable insights.
Self-starter with growth mindset - collaborative, curious, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment.
