Internship - Talent Acquisition/ Business Management

Akkodis Belgium is building their intern squad for September period!

Are you looking for an operational & empowering experience to complete your studies in Management, HR or Business?

We are looking for several interns to join our team!

The internship is based in Dilbeek (with hybrid mode of working) & the duration should not be less than 3 months!

Talent Acquisition Internship (3 positions)

• Mentored by a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you participate in every step of the recruitment process.
• You learn how to detect and search for the candidates on LinkedIn and other channels. Once independent, you will be in charge of this sourcing step for several real demands from our customers.
• You will publish ads on the different Akkodis channels
• You will be trained to performed first qualification conversations with candidates on the phone to assess the match with our company and understand their motivations
• You will schedule interview for our local Talent Acquisition Team
• You will ensure a positive experience for the candidates
• You will observe job interviews to learn the art of questioning
• You will regularly nurture your contacts with great candidates to keep them update don their application at Akkodis
• In addition to this tasks, you will participate in Talent Acquisition projects (campus management; candidate experience )

For this internship, we are looking for one intern who speaks fluently French and has a good command of English, and at least one intern speaking fluently Dutch with a good command of English.

Business Management Internship (2 to 3 positions)

• In duo with one of our Business Managers, you will learn more about our recruitment and business cycle;
• You will learn how to qualify a need from a customer & find the perfect match among the candidates seen by the Talent Acquisition teams
• You will build prospection lists and customer mapping
• You will participate in other Business Task
