About the Job Peshori Consultant is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious CA (Fresher)/semi-qualified CA to join the International tax & M&A team. Eligibility - Who is extremely passionate about learning tax and making a strong career in it- Having articleship/internship experience in Income-tax- Having a foundational and strong understanding of Income-tax laws and principles.- Possess curiosity and a strong motivation to learn and apply complex international tax concepts.- Having excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.- Having good drafting skills Responsibilities - Assist partners with international tax advisory projects.- Research and analyse tax treaties, foreign tax laws, and regulations.- Undertake FEMA advisory for inbound and outbound investments, capital transactions- Drafting advisory opinions- Handling litigation on International tax issues- Handling International tax & FEMA compliances Application Procedure Mail your CV at:
