Student Advisor - Milan & Sydney

Location: 1 year in Milan, and then 1+ years in Sydney

Start: July 2025

Contract: Full-time, 12-month fixed term in Italy (and continue at Go Study Sydney afterwards!)

Compensation: Fix salary + commission based on sales

Hi there!

We're looking for a new team member to join our Italian office and become a Student Advisor for students dreaming of a life-changing experience in Australia. You'll be their guide, their compass, and sometimes their biggest cheerleader - helping them design their journey through study, life, and work Down Under.

• You'll start in our Milan office with a full training program and ongoing mentorship.
• The role is full-time and hybrid: after your training period, you can work remotely 2 days per week.
• After your 12-month contract, you have the chance to relocate to our Sydney office - and keep doing what you love, just with better weather

Your mission:

• Help future international students find the right study path in Australia.
• Respond to leads from marketing, direct calls, office visits, events and fairs.
• Match each student with the right course, school and city based on their background and dreams.
• Support them step by step through their journey - from first questions to landing in Oz.
• Keep things organised and flowing smoothly through our CRM.
• Hit your KPIs and celebrate your wins with a vibrant, passionate team.
• Host webinars and events to promote Go Study and share your love for Australia.

You're the right fit if:

• You speak fluent English (C1 or native level).
• You have experience in sales or customer-facing roles - and you actually like people!
• You're a natural communicator with a proactive mindset and team spirit.
• You're goal-oriented: you like chasing results and tracking your impact.
• You've either lived, worked, or studied in Australia, or you're ready to learn fast.
• You know your way around digital tools, social media and CRM systems.
• You're flexible, curious, and have a real passion for education, culture and growth.

Who we're looking for:

A specialist in Sales, Tourism, Communication, Marketing or Business, with at least one successful experience in sales or consulting. Someone who wants their job to matter - and who loves being part of a team that lifts each other up.
