International Relations Officer: Outgoing ERASMUS & Mobility

Your role
Administrative management of outgoing Erasmus+ mobility:
- Welcoming and informing students about the procedures related to Erasmus+ Study mobility (in-person and telephone reception)
- Managing the various phases of mobility (study offer, allocation, nomination) in compliance with Erasmus+ program regulations
- Monitoring documents related to the student's mobility
- Maintaining, updating, and verifying mobility entries on MoveOn, as well as data relating to institutional partners
- Participate in the management of allocations in the dedicated MoveOn and Mobility Tool databases (updating calculation rules, uploading data, etc.)
Promote international mobility:
- Participate in the organization of Erasmus + Study Abroad information meetings (application preparation workshops, mobility preparation workshops, etc.)
- Participate in the activities of the Erasmus + Mobility Office (Study Abroad Day, intercultural and linguistic preparation, etc.)
- Participate in the development of information and communication documents (procedures, updating of web pages in conjunction with the Unilu communications department)
Your profile
Required experience:
- Experience in mobility management and hosting a European and/or international audience
Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of student exchange rules and procedures
- Knowledge of the organization and functioning of a higher education institution
- Ability to organize and manage priorities
- Ability to provide information and guidance to students based on their questions
- Ability to work in a team
Operational skills:
- Fluency in English required
- Ability to speak a second language preferred
- Proficiency in office software and databases
- Proficiency in collaborative tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Knowledge of management tools specific to the activity: MoveOn and Mobility Tool
Behavioral skills:
- Interpersonal skills with a variety of audiences: institutions, international partners, faculty, and students
