International Plant Manager

We are currently looking for a Plant Manager for an international assignment on location in America for one of our clients.

You manage the day to day operations and watch over the financial results. This includes full responsibility over all operational activities coupled with production, supply chain, engineering, finance as well as administration. Through efficiency and continuous improvement you minimize manufacturing costs. You have P&L responsibility and need to ensure that results are consistent with the corporate strategic business plan.

Profile:

• University degree or similar by experience
• At least 5-10 years of managerial experience (healthcare related)
• Leading by example and in an inspiring way, involving people
• Strong technical affinity
• Hands-on
• Result-driven
• Strong planning, organizational, financial and time management skills
• Capable of defining and managing change processes
• Being able to meet prescribed KPI's
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Willing to move
