Job Description
International Medical Assistance Nurse - Band 6 EquivalentLocation: PortsmouthSalary: £40,500 per annumHours: Monday to Friday 40 hours a week, shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, plus weekends on a rota basisHybrid Working: Available following successful completion of training and probationBenefits

- Liaise with hospitals, treating clinicians, insurers, patients and their families worldwide.
- Arrange onward care, hospital admissions and treatment plans.
- Support non-clinical case managers with medical guidance and cover decisions.
- Produce accurate clinical reports and maintain detailed case records.
- Manage multiple complex cases while ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
- Current UK NMC registration.
- Experience within ICU or A&E within the last three years
- A minimum of 5 years' post-registration experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making ability.
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm and resilient under pressure.
- Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
- UK nationality or the right to work in the UK (with at least 18 months remaining on your visa).
