International Graduate Program - Belgium - Colas GPS 2025

With 3 exciting rotations across multiple countries, this program gives you hands-on experience on real-world infrastructure projects while developing the leadership and technical skills needed to thrive in an international environment.

Your Role & Impact

Would you like to work on one of our major construction sites?

As a Graduate Engineer, you will take ownership of key responsibilities on-site, ensuring the success of large-scale infrastructure projects. Your mission:

• Organize the worksite from setup to completion
• Monitor contractual and financial management of projects
• Manage performance and ensure project milestones are met
• Lead and collaborate with teams on-site

Joining Colas Belgium on one of following projects Sainctelette (center of Brussels) ,Dudenpark Vorst or Kleinenbrogel (Military airport in view of the arrivel of the F35 combat fighters) - If becoming a key player in the field motivates you, you're on the right track!

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in civil engineering with a passion for engineering, infrastructure, and sustainability.
• Curious and adaptable minds eager to take on real challenges and embrace diverse cultural experiences.
• Fluent in Dutch and English and/or French (additional languages are a plus).
• Geographically mobile - Open to relocating internationally for assignments.
