We are looking for you for our team: International Customer Service Specialist


Surrounded by a team of high-performing professionals, you will be responsible for Customer Service of home & personal care products, serving as a link between international clients and Persán, so that their needs are covered, interacting continuously with the different departments of the Company to meet these objectives.


Main responsibilities:


  • Ensure achievement of main KPIs: Customer service level, forecast deviation, availability of stock and delivery failure.
  • Inventory monitoring (service risks, coverage, capacity shortages).
  • Registration and modification of sales orders, monitoring stock in transit and supporting on-time deliveries to customers.
  • Launch of new products, delisting products and obsoletes valuation.
  • Improve demand planning processes and inventory utilization.
  • Communication and collaboration with customers (weekly meeting).
  • Global interaction and coordination with Commercial, Logistics, Supply Chain & Purchase departments.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:


Academic background:


University degree: Business Management or Engineering.


Fluent English level, C1; French or Polish would be a plus.


Techinical Skills:


  • Order Management, Logistics. Production planning, other planning activities (demand planning, material supply planning ) is a plus.
  • Specific tools: SAP, Excel (BW4)
