International Crisis Call Centre Director

TrustFlight in Bracknell/HQ is seeking a Call Centre Director to govern international call centre operations (KICC and MCC) end-to-end. You will lead governance, QA and supplier management during readiness and live activations, ensuring rapid, language appropriate family communications and robust evidence capture.

The role demands 5+ years in crisis management call centres, strong governance, and experience with outsourced suppliers. Hybrid working with on site supplier presence is required.
