International Counsel - UK & Europe Lead

Ramp is seeking its first international legal counsel in London to provide day-to-day support on product, regulatory, commercial, employment, corporate, and operational issues as Ramp expands in Europe. The role is hybrid, coordinating with U.S. teams to ensure consistency while adapting to local law.

The candidate will advise on payments licensing, negotiate commercial agreements, and help structure new products and international-market expansions with a pragmatic, business-first approach.
