Role Overview

As an International Corporate Tax Director, you'll take on a pivotal role, leading the firm's Corporate Tax Team and delivering high-level consultancy services. Your work will span UK-centric international tax and broader corporate tax responsibilities, managing client portfolios and advising on complex matters such as OECD Pillar Two, cross-border reorganisations, M&A transactions, and international expansions.

Responsibilities
