• University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience
• Excellent command of English, German is considered a plus. Other languages advantageous, but not required
• +6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with global brands across marketing and insight functions
• Knowledge of Category Management, Key Account Management, Off Premise Modern Trade - Supermarket & Impulse is required
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to connect complex trends across disciplines, while keeping a clear view of the commercial big picture.
• Solid experience in high-level negotiations with Global & Regional Key Accounts and a passion for building impactful business partnerships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable insights across diverse cultural contexts.
• Demonstrated planning, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and solution-driven with a proactive "do-it-now" attitude, thriving under pressure in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
