Job Description
WE ARE HIRING - INTERNAL SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
TLW Global is a marketing leading manufacturer and supplier of LED lighting systems focusing on the Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom industry and, commercial wholesale markets. Our two main lighting brands are VEW and MARK and, we operate out of purpose designed premises with a factory and showroom in Doncaster, UK. We are a family owned company and work closely as a team of dedicated persons, with a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and service to match.
Role Description:
The Sales Support Executive is an onsite role at our offices in Doncaster and will be responsible for empowering our sales team with the knowledge and resources they need to close deals and drive revenue growth. You will be tasked with providing quotations, expert technical support, resolving customer issues, and building strong relationships to ensure sales success. You need to be committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring smooth operations within the sales cycle.
Key daily and weekly KPIs will include:
Number of outbound calls
Number of appointments generated
Qualifying and grading of prospects and customers
Increasing product awareness into existing and new accounts
Maintaining accurate CRM information, logged and tracked
Providing support to the existing team and marketing campaigns when needed
As the company progresses inline with our growth plans and vision, there will be career advancement available within the sales and customer service departments.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm.
Key qualifications:
Proficient in English with good communication skills
Disciplined in CRM use and maintenance, accuracy of information is very important
Self motivated and a team player
Proficient in Office including Outlook
Previous experience in telesales and not afraid of making calls to prospects & customers
Willingness to learn the product range
Previous experience in lighting would be beneficial
Competent and able to converse at all levels
