Internal Communications Specialist
Position Summary
Responsible for developing and delivering internal communications in a variety of formats so that employees can rapidly identify, send, receive, and understand information that is clear, credible, and relevant.
Key Accountabilities
Organization materials distribution
Publish and distribute range of organization-wide and HR-related materials in traditional print form, electronically or through online technologies. Examples include newsletters, brochures, handbooks, conference and seminar materials, and benefit and compensation communications.
Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees.
Communication process management
Performs various assignments independently that require thorough knowledge of communication techniques, methods, and processes.
Improve and establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers.
Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organisation.
Communication support
Provide communications support across markets to ensure all English written communications effectively represents the Organization. Partner with corporate communications to define the Company voice and narrative and put the systems in place to scale it across regions.
Deliver presentations at organisational events.
Represent the employee communication function on project teams so that other members of the organization are aware of the unit's activities and to share knowledge on effective employee communication.
E-Learning management
Responsible for global training initiatives and company global learning platform (Cornerstone).
Create and Publish global E-Learning courses in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
Support other departments in learning subject matters.
Key Requirements
University Degree, preferably in the area of Communications or Human Resources
Minimum 4 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources in an international environment, with at least one in Corporate Communications.
Exceptional command of both oral and written English (C2)
Experienced and professional in the use of Cornerstone
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines
